Our History and Philosophy
Lifeseeds was founded in 2014 with a mission to ignite leadership potential in individuals, organizations and communities. Charise, our founder, started Lifeseeds after seeing countless talented individuals holding back from stepping fully into their strengths and areas of expertise. She knew that with the right support and inspiration, these potential leaders could do so much more—transforming their own lives and enriching their organizations and communities. Lifeseeds was born out of her commitment to empowering individuals to grow, lead confidently, and make a meaningful impact.
